GROUP OUTPLACEMENT

Outplacement has no Czech equivalent. It is the process of searching for a job outside the company, finding a job with a different employer.

Group programmes are always custom-made to the client’s requirements and involve thorough preparation and narrow co-operation between the client’s company and HR Direct for the duration of the project.  

Group projects are intended for groups of a minimum of 6 and maximum of 15 people while their education, age, sex, nationality, experience or professional standing are not important.

The projects always aim to provide professional assistance to all employees affected by lay-offs in the best quality possible and with a clear time horizon. The project duration depends on the client’s intentions; it is usually months. In the event of a multiple lay-off a project might take up to several years.

Our Approach

HR Direct’s consultants use their experience supported by certification for group projects awarded by KABA, the Swiss organisation. Group projects interconnect theory and practice while simultaneously utilising group co-operation and team synergies. Team co-operation means a better effect in current job offer mapping.
