HR Direct is a recruitment and consultancy company operating in the field of human resources. The company was founded by a legal act on November 15, 2006; it launched full-scale activities in January 2007. Although it has been in operation for just over two years it has achieved a high efficiency rate in projects completed. In 2007,  HR Direct s.r.o. helped place 80 applicants of which 97.5% remained employed by the target company after the probation period. In 2008 we worked on 113 positions and successfully placed  83 candidates with  minimal fluctuation again. 

At present, HR Direct has a stabilised team of three consultants. Their experience draws not only on recruitment but also on previous general work with human resources. From the recruitment perspective, we utilise our eleven-year experience in headhunting in the Czech market.  Beside our database, we also use access to other databases of cooperative agencies.
