The search methods unite traditional forms of searching for suitable applicants by means of advertising, recruitment portals, addressing them directly and through reference with our own methods of applicant selection supported by verification of the applicants´ personality and professional characteristics. We consider our proprietary methods a part of the company´s know-how. They are based on the personal development work and anchored in certified professional training.

In justified cases we perform our assessment by means of psychological tests or language batteries, or even by checking references. This usually occurs in subsequent stages of the selection process.
