Outplacement is the process of searching for a jom outside of company, finding a job with a different employer
Group programmes are always custom-made to the client’s requirements and involve thorough preparation and close co-operation between the client’s company and HR Direct for the duration of the project.
Group projects are intended for groups of a minimum of 6 and maximum of 15 people while their education, age, gender, nationality, experience or professional standing are not important.
The projects always aim to provide professional assistance to all employees affected by lay-offs in the best quality possible and with a clear time horizon. The project duration depends on the client’s intentions; it is usually months. In the event of a multiple lay-off a project might take up to several years.
